i loved the place. amazing apartment with everything you want not far from the centre, zermatt train station and matterhorn. it has marvellous and brilliant setting in a quiet area of zermatt.

Mind-blowing welcome by James and Bronagh! They were absolutely fantastic and provided exceptional service. When we had a small problem with an appliance in the studio, Bronagh immediately brought an alternative and even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill. The comfort of the clean bed was superb, and the location was perfect - right in the heart of the village with a beautiful view of the river. The apartment was compact but well-arranged with great facilities like a sharp knife in the kitchen. The hosts personally picked us up from the train station and gave us a warm welcome, while also informing us about the town and its amenities. The facilities were fantastic, including reliable Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a clothes drying rack. With a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony, our stay was truly jaw-dropping. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

I recently stayed at Good Value Apartments in Zermatt for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the train station and with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from my balcony. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern cooking facilities that made meal preparation easy. The hosts were extremely responsive to my email queries and provided a helpful folder with all the necessary information. a fantastic experience.

Internet had problems towards the end of the stay, which was frustrating. the check-in process and communication from the administration could have been more professional and organized.

Wake up to a view of the Matterhorn

We had some issues with the electronic door key fob during our stay. It was frustrating to have to contact the property multiple times and even had to go to their office one day to gain entry. There were moments when we were left waiting on the landing until someone arrived to open the door. This made us feel uncertain about accessing our room. Furthermore, the route back from the main road was less than desirable, with a hotel yard on one side and a metal works on the other, creating a sense of unease, especially when returning in the dark. However, these inconveniences did not overshadow the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The location was also convenient, close to the train station, supermarket, and shops/restaurants.

I had such a cozy and warm stay at this apartment in Zermatt. The fireplace in the unit was like a comforting embrace on chilly evenings, making me feel like I was wrapped up in a fluffy blanket. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the breathtaking mountain views.
